The Casa Colorada, which is Spanish for Red House,
is one of the best preserved buildings at Chichen Itza.
While the Casa Colorada is in a good state of preservation,
other buildings in the group, with one exception, are decrepit mounds.
After a first day exploring the startling salt lake, day two sees you hit the Eduardo Avaroa and its huge,
bright red Laguna Colorada.
