Flat screen TVs and Hdtvs are introduced for the first time.
Flat screen TVs and Hdtvs become affordable for the first time.
However, it's important to note that this game will not work on Hdtvs.
Most Hdtvs can display up to 1920 x 1080,
though some are limited to 1280 x 720.
So, compared to standard TVs, Hdtvs have a wider screen,
more pixels and a faster refresh rate.
Sharp has also announced that they will sell Hdtvs with integrated Blu-ray Disc recorders in the United
States by the end of 2009.
It is suitable for viewing on Hdtvs and can also be used with 4K
Ultra HD TVs as well, although the newer Ultra HD Blu-ray format meets those needs even better.
However, since manufacturers initially added smart TV features to more expensive,
higher-end(and better-performing) Hdtvs, shoppers will find that the picture quality
on some smart TVs beats that of lower-priced models that lack the smarts.
Blu-ray is a disc-based
video format that is suitable for viewing on Hdtvs and can also be used with 4K
Ultra HD TVs as well, although the newer Ultra HD Blu-ray format meets those needs even better.
