The four bulkers are a 58,000 dwt Supramax built in 2010, a 64,000 dwt Supramax resale newbuild,
a 37,000 dwt Handysize constructed in 2015 and a 37,000 dwt Handysize resale newbuild.
As of today,
DIS' fleet comprises 57.5 double-hulled product tankers(MR, Handysize and LR1) with an average age of about 7.1 years(of which 26 owned vessels,
27.5 chartered-in vessels and 4 bareboat chartered).
At the levels recorded on 31 January 2019, Handysize, Supramax and Panamax all had earnings of about $6,000 per day,
whereas the 180,000 DWT Capesize ships earned only a little more than $11,000 per day.
