    He leadeth Counsellers away spoiled, and maketh the judges fools.

    With kings and Counsellers of the earth, which built desolate places for themselves;

    For by wise counsel thou shalt make thy war: and in multitude of Counsellers there is safety.

    Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of Counsellers there is safety.

    And I will restore thy judges as at the first, and thy Counsellers as at the beginning: afterward thou shalt be called, The city of righteousness, the faithful city.
