Anticoagulation again or not?
Anticoagulation may be needed
and there are other treatments too for this condition.
The biggest risk of Anticoagulation therapy is the increased risk of bleeding.
The Anticoagulation therapy before, after and during the surgery is performed as follows.
Everyone with a score of 2 or more should be treated with Anticoagulation.
In patients at high risk of bleeding, dialysis can be done without Anticoagulation.
Some people call Anticoagulation“thinning the blood” although the blood is not
actually made any thinner.
Once Anticoagulation is stopped, the risk of
a fatal pulmonary embolism is 0.5% per year.

being 40-60 sec is proposed to be the target of Anticoagulation maintenance dosage.
Because of the risk of blood clots forming and causing a stroke, the treatment always, except in people at very low risk,
includes medication to prevent blood clots(Anticoagulation).
Day stresses that some foods like green leafy vegetables, and common supplements like fish oil, as well as medications including antibiotics-
all limit the Anticoagulation effect with warfarin,
a common blood thinner used in atrial fibrillation.
