Whereat he smiled, amused at its words,

Whereat He revealed to His servant whatever He revealed.

Then let him see whether his plan will remove that Whereat he rages!".

wrongdoer than him who is reminded of his Lord's signs, Whereat he disregards them?

If He wishes He stills the wind, Whereat they remain standstill on its surface.

Messengers before thee, indeed, were mocked, but that Whereat they mocked surrounded those who scoffed at them.

Those who were before them impugned[the apostles], Whereat the punishment overtook them whence they were not aware.

To Me will be your return, Whereat I will inform you concerning what you used to do.

They even solicited of him his guests, Whereat We blotted out their eyes,[saying,]‘Taste My punishment and My warnings!

Then Pharaoh pursued them with his troops, Whereat they were engulfed by what engulfed them of the sea.

Indeed(many) Messengers were mocked before you(O Muhammad SAW), but the scoffers were surrounded by that, Whereat they used to mock.

And if We like We drown them, Whereat they have no one to call for help, nor are they rescued.

Whereat they said,‘In Allah we have put our trust.'‘Our Lord! Do not make us a[means of] test for the wrongdoing lot.

To Allah will be the return of you all, Whereat He will inform you concerning what you used to do.

The day it betideth them it shall not be averted from them, and shall beset them that Whereat they have been mocking.

And assuredly mocked were the apostles before thee, then there surrounded those of them Who scoffed that Whereat they had been mocking!

So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that Whereat they were wont to mock.

And there shall appear Unto them the evils that they earned, and there shall surround them that Whereat they had been mocking.

We carried the Children of Israel across the sea, Whereat they came upon a people attending to certain idols that they had.

And there will appear Unto them the evils Of that which they had worked, and there will surround them that Whereat they had been mocking.

wrongdoer than he who is reminded of the signs of his Lord, Whereat he disregards them and forgets what his hands have sent ahead?

Who is a greater wrongdoer than him who is reminded of his Lord's signs, Whereat he disregards them? Indeed, We shall take vengeance upon the guilty.

(45:33) And there will appear Unto them the evils Of that which they had worked, and there will surround them that Whereat they had been mocking.

Surely they have belied the truth when it came unto them; so presently there cometh unto them the tidings of that Whereat they have been mocking.

They said,‘Father! We had gone racing and left Joseph with our things, Whereat the wolf ate him. But you will not believe us even if we spoke truly.

who are summoned to the Book of Allah in order that it may judge between them, Whereat a part of them refuse to comply and they are disregardful?

When Our edict came, We delivered Shu‘ayb and the faithful who were with him by a mercy from Us. And the Cry seized those who were wrongdoers, Whereat they lay lifeless prostrate in their homes.

So when they forgot what they had been admonished of, We opened for them the gates of all[good] things. When they became proud of what they were given, We seized them suddenly, Whereat, behold, they were despondent.

And if We defer from them the torment until a period determined, they say: What withholdeth it! Lo! the day it betideth them it shall not be averted from them, and shall beset them that Whereat they have been mocking.

Have you not regarded those who were given a share of the Book, who are summoned to the Book of Allah in order that it may judge between them, Whereat a part of them refuse to comply and they are disregardful?
