This is an easy recipe of arbi ki Sabzi.
This Sabzi can be stored in fridge for 3-4 days.
Serve dry chana saag Sabzi with chapatti or parantha and relish eating.
Stir the Sabzi, add some more water and cook for 4 minutes on
low flame. Sabzi is now ready.
After 10-15 minutes, choliya rice pulao will be ready. Serve steaming hot green chana
pulao with curd, chutney, dal or Sabzi and relish eating.
If making this aloo matar Sabzi for religious fasting or vrat than use rock
salt/sendha namak and avoid adding any ingredient which you don't use for fasting days in your family.
