Gaddour inspired him to post his own workouts to his personal Instagram page.
He started doing his research and
came upon Men's Health fitness director BJ Gaddour's Instagram page.
In the video, Gaddour starts with the easiest variation
and progresses to a harder variation each round.
This is called‘metabolic resistance training,' and it's the most effective way to quickly burn calories and
boost your metabolism,” says Gaddour.
This might sound a little crazy at first, but Gaddour suggests that you literally do alternating bodyweight
lunges for 10 minutes straight.
