In her early twenties, though, Ferreyra started to feel fatigued more and more often.
Right now, Ferreyra is on a drug regimen that focuses on pain and inflammation management.
Ferreyra, who is currently in a relationship,
doesn't let her psoriatic arthritis affect her love life.

treatment for a young person with psoriatic arthritis, Ferreyra says.
X-rays and blood tests confirmed the diagnosis, yet Ferreyra remembers feeling a sense of relief when
hearing the test results.
Noelia Ferreyra, 28, has had psoriasis since her early teens,
but things got even tougher just before her 25th birthday, when doctors added psoriatic arthritis to her diagnosis.
Ferreyra, who graduated from San Diego State University
with a degree in political science and Latin American studies, says that having psoriasis hadn't affected her much at first, mainly because of where the plaques developed.
