Cimetidine, omeprazole, oxcarbazepine, ticlopidine, topiramate, ketoconazole, itraconazole, Disulfiram, fluvoxamine, isoniazid,
erythromycin, probenecid, propranolol, imipramine, ciprofloxacin, fluoxetine, and valproic acid prolong the action of diazepam by inhibiting its elimination.
Calcium carbimide works in the same way as Disulfiram;
it has an advantage in that the occasional adverse effects of Disulfiram, hepatotoxicity and drowsiness, do not occur with calcium carbimide.
