Disodium phosphate(DSP), or sodium hydrogen phosphate,
is the inorganic compound with the formula Na2HPO4.
The primary purpose of adding hydrolyzed
vegetable protein(and autolyzed yeast extract, and Disodium guanylate, and Disodium inosinate)
to these chicken nuggets is to enhance the taste and craveability of them- so it's no wonder fast food tastes so good for what it is.
