Millions of Despairing men, women and little children.
Ever feel lost, Despairing, angry, and searching for answers?
What other people call dark and Despairing, I call funny.
Despairing of the Hereafter means not believing in the Hereafter.
First, as old formulas cease to work,
we can become cynical and Despairing.
By the book's last Despairing chapters, a final irony of the whole bungled
affair becomes clear.
They(the angels) said:"We give
you glad tidings in truth. So be not of the Despairing ones.
Man is never tired of
praying for good, and if evil touch him, then he is Despairing,
The human being does not
tire ofpraying for good, and if evil touches him, he is Despairing,
Even now my voice is reaching millions throughout the world,
millions of Despairing men, women, and little children;
Man is not weary of
supplication for good[things], but if evil touches him, he is hopeless and Despairing.
And if We make man taste mercy from Us, then withdraw it from him,
he is surely Despairing, ungrateful.
When our worst fears about our health are realized,
we can't imagine getting beyond the crying and Despairing stage.
And if We let man taste mercy from us, and thereafter withdraw it from him,
verily he is Despairing,
Millions of Despairing men, women and little children,
victims of a system that makes men torture and imprison innocent people.
And if WE cause man to taste our mercy, and then deprive him of it, verily,
he is Despairing, ungrateful.
And if We let man taste Our any mercy, then take it away from him,
surely he is Despairing, ungrateful.
They are upset, grief-stricken, depressed or Despairing, but extreme distress
and emotional pain are not necessarily signs of mental illness.
Despairing(but still determined), he visits her grave and sings
to her a stirring requiem, set to the tune of“American Pie”:.
And some of the people who are Despairing the most are in their thirties and forties and looking just great.
And when We bestow favor on man, he turns aside
and behaves proudly, and when evil afflicts him, he is Despairing.
And if We make man taste mercy from Us, then take it off from him,
most surely he is Despairing, ungrateful.
Fearful, Despairing cries rose shrilly from the street,
sounds which he heard every night, indeed, under his window after two o'clock.

And if we cause man to taste some mercy from Us and afterward withdraw it from him, lo!
he is Despairing, thankless.
