People with the Bulbar form of dysarthria are characterized by weak facial activities.
The muscles first affected are those used for talking,
chewing and swallowing(the Bulbar muscles).
It typically involves the Bulbar conjunctivae, is not accompanied by suppuration,
and is not painful.
Less commonly,
the first symptoms are in the muscles around the face and throat(the Bulbar muscles):.
Bulbar dysarthria of speech is manifested by atrophy
or paralysis of the muscles of the pharynx and tongue, decrease in muscle tone.
Paralytic polio has several types, based on the part of your body that's affected- your spinal cord(spinal polio),

In paresis and Bulbar palsy, the drug is administered twice a day intramuscularly
or subcutaneously for 10-15 days, with a dosage ranging from 5 to 15 mg.
