Bhanbhagta's shining moment would come a year later on March 5th when he single-handedly took out five entrenched Japanese positions under heavy fire and out of ammunition for his gun, doing his best impression of Lance-Corporal James Welch, who once captured four armed German soldiers with an empty gun.
