Primary structures are Austenite or martensite.
Aws E309-16 Welding Electrodes is stable Austenite structure containing 22Cr-12Ni, of which certain ferrite is contained.
Condition of delivery Austenite in solution, ferrite in anneal or in accordance with client's detailed requirement.
The low carbon
content and a small titanium addition minimizes Austenite formation at high temperatures,
thereby restricting the alloy's ability to harden.
Series- The most widely used Austenite steel is the 304,
also known as 18/8 for its composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel.
Stainless steels are commonly divided into martensite steel,
ferrite steel, Austenite steel, duplex(ferritic-austenitic)
steel and preciptation hardening stainless steel according to its organization state.
The quality of our products can reach to P5 and P4, vibration can reach V2 and V3,
residual Austenite is less than 5%.
E2205 duplex stainless steel(DSS)
