For a group of 12 players set up two grids of 18x18 Yrds.
Pointed cones(flags)
placed on the half way line and one another 15-20 Yrds further down field.
The central area of the field is marked off using cones to approximately 40x20 Yrds.
Mark out an area approximately 20x35 Yrds in the central area of the field with cones.
One player also starts at each yellow cone facing infield about 10 Yrds up the field.
Middle zone is approximately 10x30 Yrds(can be adjusted dependent on fitness goals,
increasing distance increased the intensity).
Mark out an area 25x15 Yrds or use the lines on the field(18yrd area) as a guide.
Mark out a pitch of 20x15 Yrds with 6ft goals at each end, 2 teams play 4vs4, 5vs5, or even 3vs3.
Mark out a playing grid of 24x12 Yrds, split into two equal boxes using cones
on the edge of the 18 yrd area.
Mark out an area approximately 30x30 Yrds in the central area of the field with cones,
using the width of the penalty area if needed.
