The"Super Eight" loop creates"Superfluidity" between all four brain hemispheres.
Superfluidity" is created when the connectivity
between all brain regions is optimized.
I chose Superfluidity, which is a term I borrowed from the world of physics.
My lecture at Columbia titled“Superfluidity” is the topic of my book-in-progress of the same title.
So, I came up with the term Superfluidity, which is a concept I borrowed from the world of physics.
I believe that creating"Superfluidity" between all four brain hemispheres is the key to optimizing
an individual's physical, intellectual, and psychological potential throughout his or her lifespan.
From a psychological perspective, Superfluidity describes a transcendent state of consciousness in which you feel as if your mind,
body, and brain are operating with absolutely zero friction, viscosity, or entropy.
Based on a combination of road-tested life experience and empirical evidence, I know that any time I can"unclamp" my prefrontal cortex and avoid overthinking as a writer,
the words and ideas flow with more Superfluidity.
Schmahmanns's dysmetria of thought theory is the missing link that I have been looking for- this theory helps to connect the dots on how the
cerebellum plays a critical role in creating Superfluidity between our thoughts, actions, emotions, and social interactions.
Below is a rudimentary sketch I made a few
years ago which illustrates my theory of"Superfluidity" which is a term I use to describe
the synchronicity of connectivity between the gray and white matter of every brain region within both hemispheres of the cerebrum and the cerebellum.
