The Officials of the Scas.
Nationalised Bank The District Offices of Scas/ Branches of RRBs/ Nationalised Banks.
The Scas may endeavor to tie-up financial assistance from other sources if any.
However funds transferred by Scas to its Branch/District Office(s) are not considered as funds utilised.
Further, the Scas are required to endeavour to cover target groups in accordance with the
priorities laid down as under:.
SECURITY Scas shall provide Government Guarantee/Bank Guarantee to the NSFDC for the
funds sanctioned to them, preferably as block guarantee.
Only in exceptional circumstances the Scas will be permitted to utilize the notional allocation for cluster development for other purposes.
Repayments are to be made by the Scas in accordance with repayment schedule intimated to them at the time of disbursement of funds.
After acceptance of the terms and conditions of the sanction and execution of loan agreement/other documents,
funds are released to the Scas/RRBs/Nationalised Bank for onward disbursement to the beneficiaries.
At the beginning of the each financial year,
NSFDC shall notionally allocate funds to the Scas, in proportion to the Scheduled Caste population of the country
represented by the respective State/UT Administration.
NSTFDC funds released by the Scas to the beneficiary(ies) or advanced to the manufacturer/ supplier of assets(in exceptional cases)
towards procurement of approved items as specified in Letter of Intent(Sanction) issued by NSTFDC are only considered as funds utilised.
