If pregnancy has not been achieved after three Ovulatory responses, further treatment is not recommended.

but pregnancy has not been achieved, further treatment is not recommended.
The Ovulatory phase usually lasts 16 to 32 hours
and ends when the egg is released.
Following ovulation,
plasma progesterone and estradiol rise and fall as they would in a normal Ovulatory cycle.
If your cycles are shorter than 21
days, or longer than 36 days, you may have Ovulatory dysfunction.
If your cycles fall within the normal range of 21 to 36 days, but the length of your cycles varies widely from month to month,
that may also be a sign of Ovulatory dysfunction.
