Fake Oreos or fake shortbread?
Oreos don't come with a warning, but maybe they should!
I had a fan bring me a great gift basket with organic Oreos.
Finally, in January 2006, healthier(and more expensive)
non-hydrogenated vegetable oil was put into Oreos instead.
In other words, your 100-calorie pack of mini Oreos could, theoretically(and legally), cost you 120 calories.
If you don't walk by those Oreos, you're less likely to throw them into your cart impulsively.
Calories of grilled chicken and 300 calories of Oreos are clearly going to do very
different things to your body.
Imagine you have just purchased a fresh box of Oreos, and poured yourself a tall glass of rich, delicious milk.
By that point, Porcello was already a cookie legend,
holding five Oreo related patents, including Oreos encased in white and dark chocolate.
People experience this phenomenon when they
spend hours suppressing their urge to eat four Oreos, only to give up and eat 12 Oreos.
For example, you can substitute Oreos with a few pieces of fruits and
reduce the amounts of calories you drink(ie sodas and alcohol).
In fact, Oreos are so addicting and bad for your belly, that
we have named them one of the 40 Unhealthiest Foods on the Planet.
We know you mean well when you tell a fat friend or
family member to stay away from the Oreos and Fritos,
but new Yale University research suggests that the advice could backfire and lead.
That's because it's far easier to keep something out of your mouth than it is to
burn it off by taking the stairs more often(2 Oreos = 21 flights of stairs)
or hitting a weight training class.

they're still heavily processed cookies filled with fat and sugar, and your body metabolizes organic fat and sugar the same way it does conventional.
