Paolo Boccolini is the
chef of the Donna Margarita Italian restaurant Novikov.
The Novikov self-consistency principle expresses one view
on how backwards time travel would be possible without the generation of paradoxes.
The university press, run by Nikolay Novikov in the 1780s, published the most popular newspaper in Imperial Russia-
Moskovskie Vedomosti.
Officer, Alexei Novikov, stated that Castro's personal life,
like the lives of the rest of the Communist elite, is"shrouded under an impenetrable veil of secrecy".
Another politician from the Communist Party, Dmitry Novikov, told the agency:"The US authorities have long
been absorbed in their own game of interfering in Russian internal affairs.".
Some physicists, such as Novikov and Deutsch, suggested that these sorts of
temporal paradoxes can be avoided through the Novikov self-consistency principle or to a variation of the many-worlds interpretation with interacting worlds.
