This was the third
weather-related disaster in Colombia's history and is considered the worst disaster ever to hit Mocoa.
According to the Red Cross, Mocoa was home to around 70,000 people,
of which about 45,000 people were affected by the disaster.
At daybreak on April 1, 2017,
