The relationship of cows and Milkmaids is very strong,
so for each employee fixed heifer, with whom she works.
Cave 27, or the Milkmaid' s cave(
Gopilena), is an interesting example with triple shrines on the rear and side walls of the mandapa.
In the late 1790s, Dr. Edward Jenner realized that Milkmaids had an apparent immunity to smallpox,
and upon investigation, discovered it was due to their greater exposure to cowpox, a related but much less deadly disease.
