His parents were Abraham Stoker(1799- 1876), from Dublin,
and Charlotte Mathilda Blake Thornley(1818- 1901), who was raised in County Sligo.
Three women who became known as Queen Mary,
Queen Agnes and Queen Mathilda led the rebellion and with their fights managed to achieve some improvements for laborers,
including higher pay.
