A contractual relationship for the product can only be deemed to be established between Kwikswitch and you when the product in your order is actually delivered directly to you.

Your account name shall not violate the national laws and regulations as well as the management practices of Kwikswitch, or shall not easily lead to the confusion between identity of you and Kwikswitch, otherwise your account may not be successfully registered or Kwikswitch has the right to close your account with prior notice.
