So Benaiah the son of Jehoiada went up,
Jehoiada and Jehosheba had taken the risk of rescuing
and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and thy servant Solomon,
Jehoiada had succeeded in encouraging the young king to study
Then, Jehoiada ordered his guards to kill the wicked queen(verse 16).
Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and the Cherethites and the Pelethites;
and made him king. And Jehoiada and his sons anointed him,
and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and the Cherethites, and the Pelethites,

God's Word tells us:“ After Jehoiada's death the princes of Judah came in

But let's see what happened when High Priest Jehoiada died. - 2 Kings 12: 1- 16.
Then Jehoiada, the people
and the king promised each other that they would be the Lord's people.
Thus Joash the king remembered not the kindness which Jehoiada his father had done to him,

When he died at the age of 130, Jehoiada was given the exceptional honor of burial
Jehosheba and her husband, High Priest Jehoiada, concealed the heir for six years in their temple quarters.
Jehoiada and Jehosheba had taken the risk of rescuing
Ahaziah's son Jehoash and had kept him hidden for six years.
God sent Zechariah, who was the son of Jehoiada, to warn Jehoash of his apostasy. Jehoash had Zechariah stoned.
These things were done by Benaiah, the son of Jehoiada, who was most renowned among the three robust ones,
And after Ahithophel was Jehoiada the son of Benaiah, and Abiathar: and the
captain of the king's army was Joab.
And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over both the Cherethites and the Pelethites;
and David's sons were chief rulers.
And after Ahithophel was Jehoiada the son of Benaiah, and Abiathar: and the
general of the king's army was Joab.
At Jehoiada's orders, the people tore down the house of the false god Baal
and removed its altars, images, and priest.
Benaiah the son of Jehoiada answered the king,
and said,"Amen. May Yahweh, the God of my lord the king, say so.

But Jehoiada grew old and was full of days,
and he died; one hundred thirty years old was he when he died.
