The car seat was
also very easy to fit using Isofix.
It is also easily fitted to different cars with the Isofix.
There's a built-in Isofix base, so no need to purchase one separately.
It has five reclining positions, and is available with the in-built Isofix base.
The Isofix makes it quick to install and provides confidence that it is safe.
Other safety features include cruise
control with tire pressure monitoring system, Isofix child's seat mount, and speed limiter.
Suitable from nine-months to 12-years, with Isofix for peace of mind, rest assured your
tot is safe in this high-quality car seat.
This rear-facing i-Size car seat comes with the Isofix Base 2 included
and is suitable from birth up to 83cm(approx 15 months).
Even compared to other group 1, 2, 3 Isofix car seats the Hug Isofix is expensive
and it is hard to see why the cost is justified.
Firstly, the Isofix is great and I feel like it offers extra safety,
as you know the car seat is securely fixed, without worrying about manually strapping it in.
Our panel of mum testers loved the design, the Isofix fitting and the washable covers,
but found it slightly annoying having to remove the seat to alter the height.
The Isofix makes life much easier as the seat
doesn't have to be strapped in and out of the car each time, and I know it is safely in place.
I find it easy to use and think the Isofix base is fab-
it makes it so quick and easy to put baby into the car and feels safe and secure.
The biggest thing which
would put me off purchasing the Cosatto Hug Isofix is that it is only forward facing and at 9kg(the starting weight)
I would not want my children facing forwards.
I liked the top tether fastening- this is a feature that I have not used before,
as well as the Isofix points
and generic seat belt fasten I felt more at ease knowing how secure my child was.
Called iSize seats, these are installed using your vehicle's Isofix anchor points and are designed
to allow children to continue sitting rear-facing in the car for as long as possible- at least until they are at least 15 months old.
When taking other Isofix car seats out of the car,
I have scratched the door or my car and damaged the leather seats with the connectors as they stick out- but I won't have this problem with the Apollo- good job Axkid!
Mahindra's new MPV Marazzo with standard double airbags, ABS,
SBR for driver and Isofix anchorages, was also tested for safety by the organisation
and it managed to score 4 stars for adult and 2 stars for child protection, the highest ever by a Mahindra product.
This product makes my
life easier as a mum with the ability to choose Isofix or just using a seatbelt-
for me, this is absolutely amazing, as my in-laws' car doesn't have Isofix, but it's no problem as the seat can be used with a seat belt too!
