Tom Lee, claimed in a tweet that the crypto-winter came to an end.
For example, according to the forecast of analysts Fundstrat Global Advisors, bitcoin could fall to around $ 3,250.
The Fundstrat analyst is predicting $40,000 for BTC by the end of 2020,
but is it possible he's on track this time?
Earlier analyst Fundstrat Global Advisors Thomas Lee said

technical, fiat-to-crypto inflows, blockchain technology, and equity trends to explain why the outlook for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies could improve over 2019.
And that's one of their conservative estimates- although $36,000 is the Fundstrat report's“most likely” target,
Sam Doctor(one of the authors) wrote that Bitcoin could end up anywhere between $20,000 and $64,000, depending on how the financial, electricity and technology landscapes develop over the next year and a half.
