    Take any action that may cause Bpay to lose any of the Services from its service providers, Telcos, payment processors or other suppliers.

    Any outstanding credit Bpay Wallet must be utilized only to make payments for bona-fide Transactions at Merchant Establishments and Person-to-person transfers or Person-to-bank transfer.

    In case the mobile phone/ SIM card associated with your Bpay Wallet is lost/stolen/misplaced/ no longer in your control, you shall promptly inform Bpay.

    The value stored on your Bpay Wallet shall NOT be refunded under ANY circumstances and may only be utilized to make payments for bonafide transactions at merchant establishments and Person-to-person transfer or Person-to-bank transfer.

    In case the Password is lost or misplaced, you shall promptly inform Bpay by calling at the customer care numbers where after the Password will be barred and a new Password will be issued to you after necessary validation.

    KYC” stands for Know your Customer and refers to the various norms, rules, laws and statutes issued by RBI from time to time under which Bpay is required to procure personal identification details from you before any services can be delivered.
